I work an "accelerated" schedule where every second week is a four day week. I find there's basically no difference in the amount of work I do in a 4 day week compared to my 5 day weeks.
Gareth, I've worked different schedules, too. and that seems to be my observation as well. As part of the Tyler Grange study, they found that employee productivity went up for the four days that folks were working. For me this is a no-brainer. we should switch to a four-day workweek as soon as possible.
