I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but I have been trying to eat less meat, both smaller amounts and less often. This is a good reminder of why I need to focus on this, thank you.

Melanie, yes. I am not a vegetarian either. My wife is vegan, which helps me to eat less meat. Our meals together are vegan, although I add dairy. I will order vegetarian food often at restaurants, although from time to time I get a pastrami sandwich. I think that even if you aren't vegetarian, it's important to reduce the amount of meat that you might eat. Thanks for your comment!
