I’m thankful for a lot of things-too many to count and family and friends (old and new) are at the top of the list. This week I was hoping we could bring victims of war here, to the US, to be safe. I have taken for granted how safe from war we feel here. So I’m thankful for our relative safety.
Kim, yes, just glancing at the headlines, we can be thankful that we live in peace. No one is shelling our homes. We can go buy the groceries for dinner without worrying about sniper fire.
