FOR ONE, THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER SUCH OPERATIONS.
More importantly, to be specific concerning policy, ALL CARBON SEQUESTRATION should be legislatively mandated DIRECT AIR CAPTURE.
Carbon, a very valuable resource, especially in a pure state. The process absolutely confirmed and far less site environmental desecration.
The method proposed here is all theoretical.
It's a bit dubious to say any substrate can absorb and store the carbon at the rates this process uses.
I see it as a blatant scam and more environmental destruction.
